Can you combine people from 2 different photos?

- Yes, we can merge your images so that they engrave together on the one pendant/engravable gift. (Small
additional charge of $5)
Can i have a photo on both sides of the pendant?
- Yes, to add a photo on the back of the pendant is only $8 for smaller pendants and $10 for bigger pendant.
If i would like to add text engraving on the back of the pendant, how many words will fit on the pendant and how
much will it cost?
- We have a flat fee of $3 for smaller pendant and $5 for larger pendant, with unlimited words. However,
please keep in mind the size and shape of the pendant when selecting your text. The more words you have,
the smaller and harder to read the text will be.
Will the engraving look better on silver or on gold?
- It does not matter, the engraving will turn out equally well on either material, it is simply a matter of
personal preference.
How visible is the engraved image?
- Photo engraving is different than photo printing with ink. The image is engraved onto metal with varying
levels of hardness, creating a reflective effect that is most visible under light like a hologram. The photo
quality which is used for the engraving is essential in producing a good engraving.
How long will the image last or will the image come off?
- Engraving is permanent. The image is actually engraved into the metal surface so it will not come off. We
recommend regular care and cleaning to both maintain the metal surface and to keep dirt from building up,
which may reduce the image quality.
Can you engrave anything other than photo or text?
- Yes, we have engraved many types of pictures from artwork to company logo. If you have something in
mind, please ask.
Do i have a choice of fonts for the engraved text?
- We will automatically use the most suitable font for your engraved text. However, if you would like to use a
specific font, please let us know when you place your order.
Do you offer discounts for bulk orders, such as for weddings, etc?

How long will it take to receive my engraved order?

How long will it take to receive my engraved order?
- The processing time for engraving is around 1-2 days once we have received full payment. Delivery time is
around 1-3 days.
What kind of photos are suitable for the photo engraving?
- We prefer to work with JPEG (.jpg) format.
- Photos can be colour or black and white, it will not influence the result.
- In any case should your photos present any concern, we will contact you.
What kind of photos produce the best quality engraving?
- The quality of each engraving is largely based on the photo quality. Please avoid photos that are blurry, over
or under exposed. For better result, the subject should not be too far away.
How is the photo going to be cropped?
- Your photo is going to be cropped in order to give the best engraved results possible. We therefore custom
crop your image, concentrating on the face and edit out the background to have a much clearer result.
However, if you would like the body or background to show, please let us know when you place your order
and we will do our best to produce the highest quality image that is possible.
